Miss Rarity seems to be a very strong minded yet highly strung individual; she comes across as quite shallow which is highly contrary to her true generous nature, she seems to be well adapted to a luxurious lifestyle as proven by her reluctance to sleep in her room here, when submitted for testing she produced average results in all fields. When first admitted to this facility she had suffered from a mental breakdown resulting from a fear of failure, a common trait among the patients at this facility, putting on what can only be described as a “drama queen act” causing worry among those close to her. After interviewing the patient she revealed that she’s had a fear of failure since foalhood and that “anything below perfection is a failure” I was informed that there were some concerning rumours circulating about Miss Rarity would potently kill somepony and use their skin to make the “perfect dress” and she was immediately submitted for testing, however the results proved that she is not capable of murder, as was shown by her reactions to images of the victims of some of the other patients. I concluded that Miss Rarity is safe to release into the community.
